All content, materials, videos, stores, tools and guidance provided by DropStore are provided "as is" and "as available", for educational and informational purposes, based on Henro's experience at the time of release. We make no warranty that any method, strategy, setting or tool is accurate, complete, current, or will produce any particular result, and platforms such as Shopify and Meta change constantly, which can affect any method shown.
DropStore and Henro Schoeman are not responsible for any decision you make or action you take based on the Service, or for any loss that results. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for your own business and its compliance with all laws. Third party platforms and suppliers are outside our control, and their approvals, bans, outages, price changes and behaviour are not our responsibility.
No selling or promotion to other students. The DropStore community and student base exist so you can learn and build your own business, not as an audience for you to sell to. You may not sell, advertise, promote, recruit for, or offer any product, service, course, opportunity or business to other DropStore students, anywhere you reach them through DropStore, including the dashboard, the community, the Discord and direct messages. Breaking this results in immediate removal of access with no refund, and we reserve the right to take further action.
This disclaimer does not remove any right that cannot be excluded under applicable South African law.
